The Bounce Squad hooked us up with a last minute request and was very responsive. Then when they came out, they sanitized the entire bounce area, I have never seen that before but we were definitely happy and impressed. Very professional and polite, a great company to choose for any party. We will absolutely be renting from them again!

The Bounce Squad was professional & organized! They had the jumper for my daughter’s birthday party set up at the park an hour before it started. They were back at 5pm on the dot when it ended. The jumper itself was very clean as well as the tables we rented from them. I will definitely be using them again :)

The Bounce Squad is THE ONLY place to get your bounce house/water slide combos in the Wildomar/surrounding areas! The website was easy to navigate for booking all items needed. The chairs and table I added were top quality. The squad communicated every step of the way including delivery and pick up. I’m always careful with peoples property, so I had a lot of questions about how to care for the bouncy, equipment, and safety of all kids while playing. The squad had How To videos and answered all my questions leaving me confident for my daughters party. Planning another party for spring break or Easter so get in line! UPDATE: I booked a wet/dry combo this time! I ordered the IMperfectly (blue and pink rainbow). The kids had a blast and when they went to bed exhausted us grown ups had our fair share of fun too! Oh if you book an overnight set up make sure to order the cornhole game! Your adult friends will thank you 😊 Thank you Bounce Squad!

If I could give Esme and The Bouncing Squad more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! When they fielded my call months ago to reserve a slide for the 4th of July, they were incredibly communicative and made sure I understood the process. A couple days out from our event, Esme called us to ensure a very easy setup the morning of including safety procedures, what was needed to ensure optimal water slide performance and a window of time for delivery. They messaged me the day of when they were in route exactly when they told me they’d text me and delivered not only on time but a little early so we could enjoy the slide longer! They were extremely professional, made sure to answer all of our questions and even took a couple of delivery photos with my kiddos that she sent to me. Super cute! They were prompt when picking the slide up that evening, cleaned the slide thoroughly before packing it away and made sure we had the best service around. We will DEFINITELY be using their services for our next block party because they already feel like family! Thank you so much Esme for your team’s utmost care! You all are total rockstars!!!
